Sam, President and Head Personal Trainer (English)
Sam is the President of Nihon Barbell Club and the creator of Tokyo Bootcamp. His training career has lead him from tennis player to group fitness instructor, to being the go-to fitness coach for some of the most powerful and influential people of industry in Tokyo today.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sam moved to Japan over ten years ago with an urge to experience new things and eat the best food in the world. In addition to running the business, Sam still trains clients on a near daily basis and travels the globe to learn from some of the world's best fitness and business minds.

Kaiya, Personal Trainer (English)
Having a history of athletic parents and family, Kaiya has from a young age engaged in a variety of sports, including competitive swimming, basketball, and football. The competitive edge gained from his sporting years propelled him to explore the field of fitness, which has since been his life-long passion.
Kaiya was raised in Bangkok,Thailand and has an international background. He has been training for over five years and acquired his NASM Personal Trainer certification shortly after graduating high school. His primary objective with clients is to ensure safety, enjoyment, and results. He loves to encourage others to reach their goals and will take any measure to ensure they do so.

JC, Personal Trainer (English/Français/Español)
Jean Christophe, or JC, is a certified personal trainer, fitness model, and image consultant. He specializes in advanced strength and conditioning, aerobic/cardiovascular training, and high intensity interval and circuit training.
JC has had much success in his career in changing the lives of clients through physical exercise, nutrition, discipline, mindset, and motivation. His clients include celebrities, fashion models, athletes, politicians, and general fitness clients with a strong desire to achieve their goals.
His motto is, "Do not wish for a good body, work for it".

Reina, Personal Trainer (English/日本語)
Born and raised in California, Reina grew up playing various sports and has been training for over 10 years. Her focus is on strength training and conditioning, as well as functional training to improve performance in and out of the gym.
Reina has conducted corporate fitness boot camps to promote well-being by providing high energy HIIT workouts. She also designs workouts for business professionals to fit their busy schedule. Fitness is a lifestyle and she’s here to support your journey in achieving your goals.
As well, Reina loves open air workouts and is a big fan of killer legs and booty workouts!
